How long does it take to deal with my order ?

When you order is validated and payment is confirmed, you order is shipped in the next 24h (business days).
If there is a delay in the processing of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take to receive my order ?

We only ship orders to EU countries.
Shipping fees are 15 euros excl.VAT.
Deliveries are managed by Exapaq or by your local Post Office.
When your order is shipped, you will receive its tracking number by email.
Delivery is normally done in 1 or 2 business days.
You cannot merge orders for the shipping.

How to pay for purchases ?

We accept the following payment options:

All payments are subject to verification and review. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Credit card: We use paiement CIC (the payment solution of one of the leading french bank named Banques CIC) to process all online credit card payments.
Your credit card details are communicated directly between your computer and paiement CIC secure server using SSL encryption. The security of the connection will be confirmed by the presence of the padlock icon in the lower right hand corner of your browser.

Wire transfer: Your order will be processed and shipped out once funds have arrived.
The final checkout page will provide our Banking Information. Wire transfer bank fees are required to be covered by the customer.

What is the return policy?

Before proceeding to any return of goods, please contact our Customer Service through the contact form of our website.
All return fees are supported by the customer, except if we have made a mistake in the preparation of your order.
Your purchase is under the French commercial law, so you must get an agreement from our Customer Service before proceeding to any return.
If your receive our agreement, you must send back the products complete (products, documentations, packagings) and repack them neatly. Otherwise, your return will be refused.
Management fees up to 30% of your returned products' value can be deduced from any refund.
